XPO | New team service.

I think they're underselling it a bit, or planning to limit miles an $.87 split should come out to a lot more money. A team running a reasonable amount will drive 5600-6000 mi weekly,at the low end at .87cpm that should come out $2436 per driver weekly after the split, not even hooking, dropping and fueling..

There is a big push on now to remove the remaining subservice we use. On average it’s about 7.00 a mile to use subservice. These teams will be out mon to fri, taking sets from terminals to terminals, bypassing as many fac’s as possible. If they can find teams without criminal records, they will run into canada as well.

Your new COO was a strong proponent of keeping as much line haul in-house as possible when he was here. Purchase transportation all but disappeared.

XLA has 40-50 new FLD sleeper trucks on the lot. Around 4 AM Saturday morning a husband and wife team were hooking up to a hooked set (which a hostler had to put together) and were going to ULA. (Los Angeles) Just wonder if the team drivers get uniforms? They came in dressed like typical otr drivers.
