Yes 2nd tier is plain dumb. Not only 2nd tier but mou still in affect with dock worker from 2014-2018 only topping at $20.50 and 2nd tier at $19 how dumb. Let everyone have equal pay how it used to be at once and then you can see this company rising up again. Eliminating those 2nd tier and 3rd tier or however you want to call it but you will have candidates trying to apply for dock work now even night time. A dock worker topping out at $26-$27 with us of course will be happy just like the old timers.

Well yeah, there is an excuse. It's called that 5 year contract that was approved in 2019. 2 more years to go, and the company will not open it, and for what?

Our wage problems and pension reductions were a direct result of 2008 financial meltdown and should be restored through the cares act rescue !

I’m for sure voting no make negotiations go into deeper negotiation talks we need to get 9+ millions in bonus pool to work and no for their vacations. Let’s you know company is making progress and we just get the crumbs.
