Route 531 in Ogden is also back open Tuesday after an accident shut it down during the afternoon rush hour.
Police said a tractor trailer hit an icy patch on the Route 259 bridge and crossed the median. The truck pinned several cars against the guard rail.
No one was seriously hurt.
The driver of the truck was ticketed for unreasonable speed for the conditions and unsafe lane change.
