Only a 1/2 half hour lunch, down from 1 hour, working 12-14 daily? 1/2 is fine if another 1/2 at night is written in, in addition to our 2 coffee breaks.
Unscheduled vacation time can be used as FMLA at company discretion.
Light duty still in language
Scope/ agreement language not addressed. Holland is two barns away from getting rid of Local 705 and 710. We need that in there to protect our jobs.
$2.20 pay increase over 5 years? How about $3
That PDF from the last meeting link on the 705 website shows an error in the file. I've called them and they are looking into it.
