Yellow | Oil Spills In Chicago River

Yup, there's water...and tires,diapers, garbage, dead or decaying stuff, Snicker bars, Etc. And the Corp. of Eng. figured out a way to make it flow backwards so everyone down the Mississippi can behold the beauty of Chicago garbage. Funny thing is, they wanted to keep THEIR water clean (they get it from Lake Michigan) to hell with the rest of you poor saps down river! Hey...........now that I think about it......nothing has changed much has it?
