Yellow | open discussion on the columbus senority practice?

There is a meeting after the monthly meeting. I am assuming
that several newer people need clarification on how it works.
From what I've seen, there have been no problems.

Not sure if there are any problem at all. Just have to wait and see what all the fuss is about. I know whenever there is a "open discussion" about anything. You tend to get people fired up and rumors and such start flying. He said she said B.S. But, I'm sure somebody crying about something.
