What do you like in this YRC employment? The pay/benefits/ work-rules/hours/seniority rights/vacation/pension/equipment/grievence-rights/JOB SECURITY? This is why I will vote NO, because we are now no better than a 3rd rate freight carrier and this vote if it yes will bring us down and their is no coming back from it. To think you will be able to regain the ground we voted away the last 2 years is just not going to happen and to those that think about having a nice Christmas, this/ these freight carriers pull this stunt every year They will not make it through the end of the holiday season, may or may not can't get yourself to concerned we were looking for a job when we found this one.
