According to the article,it still will take 18 months progression to get to 16 an hour? Must not need people that bad then. Just more strings attached...
Yeah , really 18 months to get $16.00 when other LTL companies are Starting them at $16.00 or higher and then to take out the -15% and make pay union joining fees & dues ??? Really ??
And only 11 terminals at that.
They're trying really hard.
A bandaid on someone that needs open heart surgery.
Reading the MOU 11barns will not go through wage progression for full time CDL driverS and mechanics. What about the 40 plus other terminals
I think what they meant to say was "intercourse" involving what they have been doing to YRC employees and what they intend to keep on doing.
Here's the new mou saying new hires in select locations start at full scale.
Nevermind. I guess I don't know how to upload pics.
Don't forget about paragraph a that says CDL qualified new hires will start at 100 percent. But again only in select terminals.
So glad we re-elected Hoffa.
Dock at Safeway here advertise on the radio 16.40hr- top out 24.00hr. Sad they make more on the dock then our city drivers.
Ok , so latest word is that Holland is now NOT going to pay the higher wage ?? so see what shakes out next few weeks ??
the union just gave it away..what the company wants is to have more dock workers to put more of their drivers out on the street...
Once Columbus passes this wage. What is current top scale wage for city drivers. Linehaul drivers
