I really hate to do this, but you asked for it. Using your own words, you are "full of S***"!!

My FAST card gets me back into the US each and every time. No passport carried or shown.

You're right on with the Fast card. I was told before the passport rules came into effect that your Fast card was ample I.D. to get into the U.S. and haven't had any problems at all.
