Estes | Phoenix extraboard?

Just out of curiosity, does anyone know what kind of mileage and runs someone running extraboard out of Phoenix might get?

I've heard that many of the scheduled runs out of Phoenix are shorter, so just wondering about running extraboard in the southwest/west region.

Also, do linehaul drivers not based in California end up running in CA a lot? Reason i ask is the mileage vs hourly pay as well as the 55mph limit in CA.

We do not get paid by the hour here in Cali. If you are out of PHX you will get paid PHX wages. It doesn't switch when you cross the state line. Also, I really don't see PHX XB drivers coming in to CA. Only ones that cross the line are bid drivers, and they all do meets. I'm not saying you won't, but very rare I think.
