it seems they have fired all of harrys men/woman or theres a select few left........you have to ask yourself---why ? NCTY was supposedly doing real well and then when they tried for the IPO we all found out that was not the case....i think the whole comapny is full of it. they let go a couple of good guys--dave d was a good dude...got things done....so many really good customer service and inside people....why so many changes ?

Seen it before. Got a new CEO and president.They always want to surround themselves with their own people.Pretty sure more changes coming in new year..... Though I have to believe new president on hot seat...if union voted in Jefferies is going to want to know why he didn't throw drivers a bone to cut this off at the pass. Wouldn't be surprised if some guys voted yes, in response to his arrogant and disrespectful behavior at driver meetings... they might get better results by letting someone else present their case,instead of that pompous jackass.

Once again…another NCT Lie! NCT management has been having anti union meetings
and as usual, they are not being honest with our families. NCT Management just
had multiple meetings with us and they said that the issues at YRC were due to
the Teamsters. Wow! very interesting…especially since the video that YRC’s
executive has posted stated the exact opposite. In fact, he said that is was due
to the previous management that caused YRC’s financial issues. Yes, Corporate
Greed…not the Teamsters! He said if it wasn’t for the employees, YRC would not
be here today! Wow…how did NCT get this all twisted up? Do they really have the
interests of our families, or will they continue to lie to us to pad their
pockets?

As we all know, we will be casting our votes on December 10th. The “YES” vote on
this day will put a halt to the lies and disrespect that NCT continues to give

You realize that he essentially says that it's harder for YRC to make ends meet because they are union, right? I'm also glad that OUR management HASN'T gone on debt-credit-card spending spree. Read in-between the lines.
