R&L | Probation !!!!!

I have heard that if you get a speeding ticket, you are on probation for 3 years!!!! If you get another while you are on probation you are gone!!!! The employee handbook does not say this. Anyone know anything????

Its somthing like your 3rd ticket in two years. OR over so many miles per hour above limit.

If it's for 15mph over then yes...... Somebody please correct me if im wrong but DOT rules say no more than two "BIG" violations in three years, you get your CDL pulled for 3 months....... So thats why R&L puts the driver on probation........ It's not going to be in the handbook... Also read the begining it says "Subject to change at anytime" "terminal managers discretion" "Not all policies of R&L are covered in this book"...... Check with safety and drive safe for three years its not the end of the world!!!!!

Also, if you don't get dinged for it and tick of management later.... You were on Super Secret Probation !!!
