Any word on a raise for the new year? Got to be getting one this year! No way could he go 6years without giving you guys a raise!

Dunno bout local,though I think its 22 and some change.OTR is about .46cpm,$15.00 per stop,$50.00 per month for cell phone,and a very strict $1500 a year safety bonus.Ive worked for a few LTL,s and like all of them,you have bs and pricks to deal with.

I agree Driver! if they just paid some type of overtime that wage would be liveable

I've here since before the rates were cut from the high of .52/mile and $23.36/hr. We got a 5% cut but then they cut the starting rate and top rate even more.
So even when there is a raise, I may not see it. The unpublished top rate for veteran drivers (pre-2009) is .494 and $22.17/hr.

They also screwed new hires on sick days and vacation time.

At least they haven't messed with the health insurance at all. Premiums are still the same as when I stared in 2008

The top rate is under $23.00,He must be getting cheated !!! The top rate is different for new hires now.
