this tells me he OUGHT TO BE CHARGED. afterall, somehow through the investigation he must have admitted to that...........

we ARE SUPPOSED TO PAY ATTENTION at all times...............

this is a bunch of crock. (admittedly(?) don't pay any attention, kill some innocent people, get away with it..........
