Not sure I have heard anyone talk about Retroactive pay to the original contract expiration date. Is this not standard in all labor agreements or is the IBT selling out on that as well?

I think any retro in wages has to be negotiated as well.

Retro pay will not apply to drivers because the 1st rasie is in January. Some of the part time dock and clerks will be get a retroactive raises because their top pay is going up. It will mainly be the ones still in progresstion or just out of.
