We had businesses complain that we never bought anything at their truckstop. They wanted revenue to justify our using their real estate.

Id always go in and use the restroom and buy something usually a snack cake maybe a soft drink. I heard rumor a driver pulled thru the fuel isle and then dropped his trailer to the ground and had to have a wrecker get it up caused a lot of commotion. Dont know if thats true i never seen it but whatever happened we dont meet there anymore.

i've stopped at plenty of trucks tops and have seen ltl companies doing swaps at the fuel island while others are waiting for fuel. lmf's

Ive seen plenty of people taking their 30 minute break in the fuel isle too. I hate pulling in behind these people if im pulling doubles and all the fuel isles are full then im stuck cant go forward back up or turn to get out.
