20.50 Top pay for city P&D after 4 years.....It's a good deal for the new guys that have been stuck in the 5 year pay freeze if they plan on staying. The guys that sit in the 21-23 range are frozen with no overtime until after 55 plus the loss of a few holidays and PTO...among some other things. I wonder how they will give cost of living raises in 2014-18...My guess in 2018 you will still be making 20.50....of course I will be retired in 2018 sitting on a beach in Florida.

All Vitran drivers will go to 20.50 if you have worked here 4 years....Many have been stuck at 18.50 in Dallas for over 5 years since the pay freeze...This is a true dovetail. And it is effective on your first day at CT.
