I read that you have to work on the dock (ON CALL) for about 90 day. Something like that.

part-time dock work while you train. After your training you will work the dock, city, and linehaul. Prohbation for 90 days. After that you become regular.

anyone WITH experience would be crazy to come to conway...go to fedex ft.better equip. faster top pay and better overall treatment..ask any fedex frt. driver if they have drivers with bids and years of seniority not running several times a week !!!
