Anyone know the policy for how the yearly award goes at freight? I had 3 years safe had incident then when 4th year came I got award for 1 year safe. I thought it reset to year your on?

I believe it doesn’t start doing the reset thing till your 10th or 15th safe driving year. That’s how we have 30 year safe drivers that drop trailers and run cars into barriers on the highway.

And when you crunch them up a couple times they make good toilet paper.
If you had accident in the first 3 yrs then its reset to 0 after you reach full 3 yrs safe then you will loose only the year you had accident
Incident doesn't count against award only preventable accidents. Trust I know....
