If we don't have direct service to the areas covered by the Connection, the service agreement is still important to both companies.
Future expansion plans not withstanding, we as a company still want to build traffic to those areas. It helps our customer base and will perhaps aid at a later time expansion efforts.
I can't say because I have no idea other than guessing that maybe some of the interlining maybe giving the corporate types an opportunity to do some real time scouting for possible acquisition candidates. They can observe and see who might fit their criteria. It would be much easier to expand by purchase rather than as Mr. B.T. said in the confrence call "organically".
No need for a thick skin, wait, we do have to deal with unhappy customers sometimes. It helps.
