Years back there was a senior driver in San Jose who was famous for saying: "Managers come and managers go...and we're still here". Yup. Pretty much sums up the situation.

Yep, and those that left probably went to work for successful LTL companies.

Kindly name said companies. The two largest, and therefore most successful ltl carriers are, in order of size: FedEx Freight and Con-Way freight. So we're swappin' spit (redshirts)? Damn...next time a redshirt pats me on the back I'm demanding a full biohazard cleansing with bleach. Don't want to get "Redshirt Cooties".
