I was just wondering how many terminals have a one line seniority board, where you can either bid on city or bid on road. I know 042 Carlisle Pa has 2 boards but once a year you can either bid on the local list or bid on the road , but you have to stay where you bid for a year.

Separate boards in North Little Rock. You have the option for a one time transfer to either board at full pay and benefits, but you go to the bottom for bidding purposes. And no retreat rights afterwards. Article 40., Section 3. Southern Region Supplement Local Cartage Pickup and Delivery.

In WinstonSalemNC we have crossovers for rd , and you are on the bottom for a year and a day then you get your seniority back . Then if a rd driver wants to come to the city, yard or dock he or she has to do a year and a day also .
