IND is probably going to rebid due to are runs having been cut to deep. We keep running extra to the places they cut. What sucks is guys transferred out because of the cut.

That does suck for the guys that transferred. Who ever the bonehead was that decided how far to cut into the IND runs should get a transfer also.... to the curb!
