Are you as tired of all this talk about stuff none of us can control/predict/influance? Well I am. Been laid off two weeks now, just got my last pay check, SCREW IT! We gonna eat tonight!

Got me a brisket going in the oven with taters, carrots, onion's, mushrooms, and celery. Covered with Dale's marinade. (don't even say it! yea I grill too, but it turns out more tender when you finish it off in the oven) Only thing that would make this any better would be if I had some crawfish! So what are you having tonight?

What's your favorite Dish to make.
