like one of the newer owners said that clause has no legal basis..it is NOT a museum, it is a house, do as you please.

i am sure the newer owner checked that all out.

but if he decides to keep it as is, then i'd highly suspect that some sort of work might be done to keep up the appearance, such as a fresh coat of paint, maybe having the wallpaper cleaned and having new mounts for the hanging pictures replaced.

but if not, then gut it out, do as you wish.

i know that if i had owned or was thinking of buying such a home with such a clause, i'd have it run by the attorneys first.

or, i'd lie my pants off, buy it, gut it out.....

done deal.





then in the future....who i gonna call..>??
