How do the trailers get loaded? Floored out or high and tight?
Only $13.00 or $13.50. Not sure exactly which one though and thats in Cleveland could be different at other terminals. Nothing to brag about just very low part time pay from a very cheap company.
Thanks. This is not for me. My son wants to get into trucking. I tried to tell him all the down sides. But he is hard headed. He has a interview set up for Monday. In Richmond.
If you don't want him to like the industry, encourage his employment at NEMF.
Well if he's young and living at home he could use nemf to get some experience then once he gets it go some place that will pay him for it. We joke about us being the minor league for our dock guys because they usually have zero experience when they start and if they are a decent worker they end up going down the road to work at Ward and get paid and treated like they moved up to the major league.
Ward is moving up to the big leagues??

That is only something we say when we get a good dock guy that after a short time with us usually goes someplace else to work and it has been more common for them to go there than any place else that's all.
