And it's something the drivers take pride in. Can't have any of that.

Not sure your idea would actually send the message you anticipate that it would.

Be more specific in what you mean by conway has taken away every incentive. Ive always had a very positive experience doing the Virginia TDC, conway pays for the hotel, food, etc..... I even got paid time off to attend the TDC....maybe its different other places i dont know. If you make it to the nationals they pay for everything and if you get 1st place you get a new truck or cash equal, heck thats awsome.

That's why we don't have a pension and the worst insurance I've ever had. Hot dogs, rodeos, kool-aid, cameras, lean, all that money would sure help the retirement don't ya think

Hell who backs up? At the breakbulk all I gotta do is split them apart on the pad, yard dog does the backing!
