There are 2 positions hiring posted on the website out of Irving, TX. They are "Dry Van Dedicated OTR Team Driver", and "Dry Van Dedicated Team Driver". I recently moved to the area and have been looking for a way to get into LTL.. would it be worth it to apply? Any info on these postions would be helpful as I know nothing about UPS Freight. Thanks!

the truckload division or the "**** division" is not union, and they are mostly dedicated to a single customer. they have a lower pay scale and a worse benefit package then the LTL side has.
