Yellow | Thank's EPA!!!!!!!!

Driving a Roadway truck w/set of doubles going thru small town in Oklahoma the truck lost all power(light came on dash) No shoulder to pull over turned truck off restarted it made it about 45 sec lost power again going up hill,finally got pulled over checked water (had Plenty) got back in started fine never had another problem
