I know this topic has likely come up before in the past. I was just curious as to which states are required to pay overtime after 40 hours to hourly R&L drivers. This of course is because some states passed laws over-riding the old railroad/transportation law from many years ago. If anyone on here falls in that category. Does the company try to limit your hours to 40? Just curious.

I know Washington State pays overtime (I am assuming you may be from the Tacoma term), and from what I understand they do not limit overtime any more than any of the other companies would. Obviously their goal would be no overtime, but that is just not realistic all of the time.
