regular342, take a chill pill and understand that people from the northeast had to bounce around like ping pong balls the past couple of years to keep their job cause our economy sucks and the roadway owners cashed out cause they saw a bad future coming (like who didn't see it coming) and it was a price they couldn't afford to pass up (that's one of the many reasons why our company is in such a hole now), now the company wants to cut more jobs (to pay back the debt quicker or as scheduled) and we've been on the chopping block, maybe your turn will come shortly and you'll have the experience to be on the chopping block and you might be waking up everyday not knowing if you'll be laid off and out of a job sooner or later, i'm making the money while i can and if i ever get laid off, i'll just have to look for another place to work cause i'm not going to settle for less than 40 hours a week cause most of us workers take this job seriously cause it's their professional career and professionals do a 40 hour work week, if the company truly wants to get rid of full timers and replace them with part timers then they'll pay for what they get down the road, sloppy inexperienced work with a lower level of performance and around that time the company will shut the doors cause they can't make any money on a dollar cause the overall work ethic is down the toilet, it's a shame ALL the companies around the world are going down the SAME road, not going to be all political here but this world is on the titanic and without proper guidance from our world leaders we'll be going down uncharted waters and the anxiety will grow over time cause of all the bad decisions companies will continue to make to save money and ruin your life at the same time, expect a lot of change people cause american progress will change you if you don't change it
