Vitran to re-open Appleton terminal Oct 1, already hired a TM. and up to five P&D and two linehauls will be laid off by then (they run that many over there to help handle the freight due to skeleton crew) Dispatcher was also laid off last Friday, yes the day before the holiday weekend (nice touch huh)
