where i am at starting pay is 16.50 hr what is top pay in the south and how long does it take to get there

sort of hard to tell.it varies i guess. we were out of wil, and in jan. we were at 23.47.may be different for new hires or combo drivers.thats also with over 10 years service.

All I know is I am working harder. R+L is not keeping us informed if we will see a cola or sick day's returned and 401? The big screen TV is a great tool to keep us informed. But nothing about us earning more money. How we are looking on getting back some of the things that we loss. If they have used this for that I have not seen it :drivin:
