To the average Joe the way this looks is like a father telling his kids there's no money for ice cream and then they catch him hiding in the closet with a half gallon of ice cream eating it with a serving spoon.

True, but the 'average joe' may not realize that the balloon payment was made on the mortgage which allowed refinancing, and as a result, there is still a closet in which to hide and a home in which to live.

No , you really don't have NO comprehension , on the numbers game they play ??? but to make you guys happy , I will agree with you guys that, YES all the things Welch told us in the threat letters he send us was all TRUE !!! as Welch & YRC would NOT lie to us to get us to vote YES at contract time !! As long as he has a job he will.continue to support anything they propose.soon as he loses his job, will be the loudest critic on here.
