I guess this can go to city as well as road.... Does anybody get a choice on tractors,,, or is it a "higher being" that decides that? I know a few years back the road "bid" tractors, and city was decided by the ccm,,, at least here... Now,, we haven't rebid tractors for at least 2 yrs. No biggy,,, just wondered...
 
road tractors are now assigned to drivers from someone in hro .you drive that tractor until you are reassingned another unit.city equipment depends on ccm I think they all do it diffrentely.....
 
Guess I figure its sort of "not fair" that the new drivers (road) here are getting the newer trucks....... To you negative types,,,, I'm not complaining so much as just asking........
 
We bid both road and city tractors. The only thing is depending on your start time you may not get a certain truck. It has to do with making sure the truck is back intime for the next guy.
