Ours tried that after 1/2 the drivers had bid. Junior guys were in his ear about it not being fair at Christmas or during the summer they can’t get time off. Told us to rebid, only two weeks to book the first go. One call to hr stopped that and we got apologies.

Good for you guys . I can not believe how different interpretations of the bidding process policy that I have heard. Bravo for HR for quickly fixing it.
