Just curious to see how this trick bag is unfolding as there is alot of missing information. Our barn is gaining 3 on road side, they are trying to fill that with a crossover bid b4 the phone bid from the city. Saying a city guy can bump into the road effective immediately with his seniority. Ruling had always been you go to the bottom of the board for a year and day b4 you exercise your seniority.
