Our hero of the day is Arnold Harvey!
He feeds 5,000 families-in-need every month & more!

Driving his waste pick-up route in the Washington, D.C., suburbs between 2 a.m. to noon - he noticed a lot of people sleeping on the street near a local shelter.
So he started collecting coats and blankets at the office to donate. He and his wife, Theresa, also made sandwiches to distribute outside the shelter every week.
Eventually, they created a nonprofit organization called, God's Connection Transition, that today provides donated food to 5,000 families a month.
Harvey even convinced major companies like Pepperidge Farm, Costco and Safeway to donate food.
Harvey also holds annual toy and bike collection drives for kids. His boss says, "Harvey comes and does a full day of work here and then does a full day of work out there."
Thank God for people like Arnold Harvey!
