This is the third accident involving an overturned tanker truck in the last several days in berks cty pa.

This one says oil load shifted causing rollover.
i dunno about tankers. i thought if a tanker has baffles this wouldn't happen.

Yes there are baffles built into the tanks,however the fuel is still moving,only in a smaller space.
Liquid is one of the hardest loads to haul,including cement.
You get that liquid sloshing back & forth,and it can roll you over.
