TUPELO, Miss. Trucker forgot to set brakes Rolls killing 2 people

Either a rookie mistake being to much in a hurry.
Or someone who gets in to much of a routine & forgets to follow common safety.
 
This is something you don't even think about...such a tragic loss of life for such a simple thing as pulling a knob...
 
Clouse says at this time, police have filed no charges against the driver and they do not expect to file charges in the future due to the nature of the accident.

How about criminal negligence...
 
Around my area the charge would be 2 charges of vehicular homicide.
Which could get you a long stretch in state prison.

Not to mention the life sentence of thinking about 2 death due to a simple error of not setting the brakes.
