Same type People that drive fast on regardless of weather conditions or time of day.
Those SIGNS in other states about DO NOT DRIVE INTO SMOKE as well need to read DO NOT DRIVE INTO FOG (or THICK FOG).
Probably would not make much difference as most People are oblivious, especially the 20-30 crowd because they're always in a hurry to get somewhere.
Accidents/Crashes/Wrecks will only continue to get worse, just like Weather patterns and severity of storms.
