I can live with the contract the way it is. I am not saying I like it. But regarding the two tier pay scale. I don't see what the fear of this is when you look at our 10 year history of market share growth, there has been NONE. We don't ever try to expand our business and grow. We do not hire enough people for this two tier pay scale to make a difference unless I am not understanding it correctly.

I don't see how you get anyone to apply at all. I briefly entertained the idea recently knowing you all were in negotiations and expecting your exceptionally low starting wage and four year progression to be addressed. The minute I saw it wasn't I canceled my interview.
