From the looks of the tractor that slammed the back of that trailer.
In my opinion the trucker that was killed must not have been focused on the slower traffic ahead of him.
It is so important to pay very close attention to and construction zones you are coming up on in your travels.
Most sights have signs posting these zones well in advance of the actual construction.
You never know when a flag man,or piece of equipment may have to slow the traffic.
If your not focusing on your surroundings you could become a victim of a crash in a blink of an eye.
