I attended my local's meeting this Sunday. No new info given, however, we were told that if New Penn Teamsters re-vote NO the company will be merged with YRC. Also told if banks see that New Penn won't accept concessions, it will pull plug on YRC and force bankruptcy. I find it amazing that us small group of less then 2000 Teamsters with our seperate vote now control the destiny of YRC, and the fact that our IBT leadership has nothing to say publicly about any of it! Vote NO and end this bullshit finally!
