ABF | Update on contract

Forget camera in office I want body cams worn. These clowns are crazy if they think we are being compensated correctly. They act like we are the only one losing money if there is a strike. There investors have far more to lose. July 1 we WALK. TIK TOK
 
People want to be paid a living wage, no concessions. Management has had a field day on us the last 5 years. The terminals are voting to strike then at nearly 100 percent. No bonuses, money for people who are doing the work. On the road, they want us to work every weekend and holidays .pay us triple time while everyone else is grilling out.
 
SAIA road drivers are currently paid 76 cents per mile for the road. That will increase to 78 cents July 1, 2023. They get two weeks of vacation their first year with the first week being available after 6 months. ODFL is getting three weeks of vacation with the first week available after 90 days.
