We our At least in this area. Anyone want a spot quoteI would think that the only thing you are allowed to pickup would be "Lot Lizards"....Hello L/H drivers.

What Would Jesus Drive ?
That's easy, a CHRISTler !
Sounds like you don't know the whole story. I'd either let it go or ask the guy about it. Oh, to the guy who's watching his back at all times, what are you doing that you think that's necessary? If you're clean, who cares if there's a busybody watching you?
P.S. I used a company tractor and 48' van to move relatives while at another place. That probably would've caught your attention!
Understood. I know what you mean about the changing policies. I have seen a couple people at different terminals who are very eager to let an FOS know when someone has had a minor incident (dropping trailer on the landing gear, etc...) before the person involved has a chance to say it himself!Im not doing anything wrong, but with the companies rules and policies changing when they feel necessary, you constantly have to mind your p's and q's. Make sure you follow all the rules cause theres always someone there to point it out if you make a mistake. And with the harrasment rules, you have to be careful what you say and do because theres very sensitive people out there.

Yes, By all means, We can never have enough (Snitches).is it ok to pick something up for your self on company time and haul it back to your barn? is that not stealing services from con-way? i just happen to see an erie city driver do that on 9/15. should i call the GO? to see what the policy is:Rulz:
There's at least one at every barn. We have one here who is just as bad. Always has his nose in everyone's business and trying to boss around the guys below him. I told him off one day in front of 3 other guys and he went and cried to the SCM about it. Luckily our SCM is pretty level headed and basically told him to quit being a baby... :loser:
trust me, it will get out. When I worked at CCX I would have sworn that the outbound crew had a microphone or something in the office, they knew what was going on (sometimes before the FOS' knew). And if you got the reputation as a narc, well, your job just became 100% harder.or the reaction of your peers when word gets out (and it will.)
In a day and age where it seems like the company is out to get you at every turn, one would think this is a time when people need to stick together, watching each others backs. Not for reasons to narc out and move up, but to protect one another. Company i work at, we are all pretty tight. The running idea is that as long as it doesn't cost us our job, or kill someone, we got each other covered.

Bottom line guy, unless you saw something that could get someone physically hurt, well, it really isn't worth getting yourself into an uproar over. Just think back to when you were a little kid and you ran to your parents because of something your little brother/sister or friend did... is this being honestly worried about someone/something? or is this being a tattle tale?
I don't know what SC you work at, but don't you think that's kind of risky..? If everybody did this, wouldn't somebody think you were stealing stuff?? I don't conduct any personal business at work. I keep it all Con-way business.I picked up a transmission for another P&D driver at a repair shop that we pickup and deliver to on regular bases and nobody said a word. At the end of my shift when I broke out my trailer I sit it out on dock and he loaded in his pickup at the end of his shift.

Go ahead and squeal. There is little teamwork at Conway and your actions will make it that much harder to develop. - When we get leaders capable of developing it.......Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working together is success. ~Henry Ford
