Hired June of 2002. Shouldn’t I get 3 weeks vacation after June 2017?
Some guys are saying I have to wait till after June 2018!

I believe that you are right. You call the payroll department they can tell you.

First year begins at June. Pro-ration shouldn’t be a problem unless you missed more than 160 working days. That should’ve covered your (non-existent) first year.

Heck, yeah you should have three weeks.......
