I am thinking of getting Lasik done on my eyeballs. I read that since CS does not pay it, there is a third party discount program that will give me a reduced cost.

Does anybody know the name and number of the third party??
I have read the benefit info and could not find it. Thanks for the help.

I'm assuming you have Davis Vision. You can register on there web site and find some good info. All you need is you insurance card for the id number. I thought they did cover some of the cost of lasik. I'm pretty sure its Welcome to Davis Vision!. Hope this helps

I don't know, but if you have to pay yourself there are plenty of doctors doing cash deals.

Yeah, Cole was bought by Lenscrafters, but you can't visit a Lenscrafters. You have to go to JcPenney, Target, Pearl Vision and a few others. I have never seen any discount coupons for Lasik though. They advertise all the time here in Dallas on the radio and TV. Might be cheaper to hop a flight to India if you have time. They do stuff a lot cheaper.

Be sure not to go cheap on this surgery. Plenty of horror stories about Lasik.

Me, I don't want any loss of night vision, which is more common then these eye-docs will admit to.
