Not sure about starting wages,hourly tops at close to23.00 hr.takes 2yrs.to reach top,mileage .50 per mile+hook/drop pay.comprehensive benefit pkg.health,dental,and vision 401k w/match.Good luck finding a terminal thats hiring,the economy has been pretty brutal on the LTL segment of our industry OD,and most of our competetors have suffered lay-offs,and we probaly haven't seen the last of them.IMO if you are currently employed don't leave unless you already KNOW you have another job.Best of luck to you.
