Am applying at Estes on Monday, just wondering what starting wage is and do they do a 401k match, if so, how much?

Wages depend on what job you are doing.
They have a 401k match of 50% on the first 4% you contribute.

Linehaul starts at close to 48 cpm. City starts around $18 or $19/hr, but varies a little by location. Raises every 6 months until you top out at 3 years. Linehaul tops at 55.85 cpm, city tops at about $22.50/hr.

Our city tops out at $23.30. hourly is different around the country but road is the same

That's right. That's what my barn tops out at too. Couldn't remember the exact figure until I saw it.

No overtime until after 55 hours.

City here is 23.35, oh a Hub Driver makes .5185 cents a mile, which never made much sense they drive just like a Linehaul guy, but here on the Road I guess they want us to have a little bit more Gambling money and tip the waitress better..
